I've been having issues with mine as well with very little help from their tech support. I decided to start configuring the printer on my own and use Pronterface as their software came up in Chinese for me. This is where I am so far. I got all the motors working and am working on the PID settings. However I am beginning to believe they sent a faulty power supply as it just shuts down whenever I activate heat to the extruder or heat bed and they heat up through the USB connection but can't get hot enough to print. What kind of issues have you had?

Hi I Have just purchased the same printer and spent the last couple of days building it. I am having trouble with the communication between the computer and the 3d printer. Where does the marlin file go? Oh and does your LCD display work because mine is messed up. Sorry If this is the wrong place for this but I am brand new to 3d printing and I am struggling.
I bought one of these a month ago....what a bloody mistake that was. Kit turned up with parts missing, broken or deformed, wrong firmware, software and on and on. Support is pathetic, slow and ignorant. I finally got replacement parts after having to threaten to get a refund and have managed to try and run some test prints, but I've got the wrong firmware.
Have any of you bought with the auto bed levelling option?
if yes, could someone upload the configuration.h file from Marlin please?
Thanks for posting that Configuration.h file! You should check your axis acceleration values though, I really don't think they should be in the thousands. Having modified those values myself I will eventually post my config file here. The only major issue I am having with it currently is the Y axis which is twitching for some reason. I suspect some value is set too high for it.
Hi, I have too just bought this printer, and am also having issues with them. Mine turned up with the box having been opened, presumably by customs, missing the SD card, not the end of the world, I have SD cards I can use anyway, but worse, no bloody extruder! Apparently comes pre assembled with thermistor and heater. So I am still waiting for missing parts to arrive, and am unable to print anything.Quote:

Not impressed so far. Im trying to download the original firmware from the board, so I can keep a copy just in case I cock something up. Mine was ordered with the auto leveling option.

I too order this printer, mine was missing the hot end, after a few days of emails, and me finally threatening to box it up and ship it back for a full refund they said they would mail out the hot end. If you are having issues with the "Migbot software" showing up in chinese, copy the files from the SD card to your desktop, open the program, click where "file" normally is. then click the 4th option from the bottom, seclect english, OK, then close the program, and open it back up. It will then be in english. Although i cannot get mine to recognize the printer. lol I ended up using Pronterface. Regarding testing the extruder motor, it will not let you test the extruder until the hotend temp reaches the preset, you could always hook up a thermister and fool it into thinking there is a hot end attached. I dont think the printer is too bad for the money, the way i look at it is, yes it sucks that i am missing a part, but i guarantee if i had sourced the parts myself, i would have missed something also. Also, can anyone tell me how to get the printer to try and print in the middle of the heat bed, when i was making sure the motors work it tries to print the object towards the front of the heat bed, instead of center

ok, i was able to connect to the printer through the Arduino IDE but when i click on serial monitor i just get some status info, i can not figure out how to access the configuration h file.
If you've got arduino installed, head to the firmware folder and double click on the file 'marlin'. that will open it up. Check the tabs at the top for the section you're after. Most likely configuration.h
