Print head clogs at the same point every time...?

Hi,
OK, total newbie here.
Although in the past I've designed stuff for 3D printing, up until now I've always sent the files away to a company to actually produce the prints.
But I've now taken the plunge and bought a Creality Ender 3 Pro to have a go at doing prints myself.

My issue is I've just been trying to print a simple frog I found online.
But it seems the head is clogging at the exact same point every time this file prints, resulting in a blob on the poor amphibian's neck and a messy slot of missing plastic around his throat.

I've checked the motion of all the rollers and moving parts in all planes and they all seem smooth.

Can anyone shed any light as to what might be causing this?

If your problem occurs at the same location every time then you may have problems with your Z-Axis sticking.

I've printed other models that are as tall or taller than this one, and they all print fine at all heights. Could there be something in the actual file (either the original stl or the gcode sliced) that's upsetting it? Or doesn't it work like that?

Post STL along with your sliced G-Code, will take a look too see what is going on.

Inspected your G-Code Frog.gcode to find in the code what could cause your problem.
I printed Your G-code without any modifications other that what I call draft mode (full Speed) below is the results.

You can see under the frogs chin that there should be build plate supports.
An other rings in the texture and obliviously I printed it way too fast.

Thanks for taking the time to investigate Roberts_Clif - very much appreciated.So could it be those build plate supports causing the issue? Is this a thing with large over-hanging designs (if you see what I mean)? As I say this is all new to me.Other than that yours looks fine to me. Evidently I still have much to learn.

no - you NEED supports under the chin.

The angle is just too steep to print without supports.

sometimes using a thinner layer setting can help with this kind of thing, As the thinner the layer the more layers you can use to build out along the angle - in this case the throat.

Better cooling is also useful.

Looking at it, it would only needa a couple supports under the chin.

It's a tree frog - supposed to have rings ;-)

I normally print this Frog

For a long time the only slicer I used was Cura 15.04.6.

After finding Prusaslicer I rarely use anything else

Using Prusaslicer I can Add a modifier to eliminate a selected area or change the Layer Height an many other slicer traits.
I found a bit box an using a modifier I can delete half the bit holders as an added storage area
