Good deal!
I am still so impressed with their support. They have even shown up in my facebook group for QIDI and have offered opinion on stuff. It is really great.

After several months of not printing, I turned my printer on. All I got was two rows of solid block characters on the displays. Any suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting? Or likely cause? TIA!
Hmm, what was the last thing you printed? Just kidding. Check all of the power supply output voltages are getting to the main board. Check that the connections to the LCD are screen are intact, maybe wiggle / re-seat all connectors.

No, I didn't have it unplugged during the down time.
After leaving it turned on over night, the next morning the display showed the normal startup menu. Have now printed several things with no issue. Have turn it off and on several times since that morning without further issue.
That's good news Jim, let us know if anything goes haywire!
Dave, I don't believe I saw a battery underneath but I could have missed it.
