A slightly less useless trinket. Leather stamp for a project I am planning out. This was printed at 2" x 1.25" but final will be a little smaller to fit the project.
Dancing Taco my wife forced me to model. As I was taking the picture this morning I had a thought. I should throw on a cowboy hat on it and make it a Texas dancing taco.
Decided to just model something new. Still deciding if I want to add additional stuff for him.
Really happy with print. 7" tall for a 17 hour print. Finally starting to feel comfortable with modeling for 3d printing. Slightly different than modeling for cnc patterns.
Chess set and custom board complete and ready for their closeup shots. ;)
Just finished this model. Have to clean it up for 3d printing and then find an epic pose to put it into.
First pose. Don't like it. Back to the posing.
I also need to model a different rifle. The barrett is too recognizable as a current weapon. I want a more scifi looking one.
I am going to go with this pose for now. Have to play around a little on how to chop it up for printing. It is currently around 11 inches tall.
Changed my mind on the pose and going with a different one. 4 to 5 days of printing but looking forward to it. First gun is printing now.
I'll have to see how the parts fit together. Also don't know the balance on the model. Might have to print a base for it later if it doesn't stand on its own.
I have had my printer for 3 months now and still learning. I have a long ways to go.
