Unless i missed it the one thing no one has said is, Do not have a fan blowing on the part when printing ABS!
what % infill are you using? the bubbling could be from your infill when it connects to the shell. also check the infill over lap.

Why? I use a print fan after the 5th layer. I find that it improves the surface finish. (FFCP Hatchbox 220c/100-90c 60mms)
When I turned off the fan the warping stopped and delaminating went away.
Thanks for the reply. That's the one thing about 3D printing, (like medical stuff) what works for some may not work for others.
I used A fan with abs as it massively improved the overall print quality.
I suspect the most important thing is to have an enclosed print bed.
On ABS, we always use a fan at 50% after layer 5; never before layer 5. We use this recipe on all of our production prints.
