Here is the result of that yellow piece. It came out nice overall and a little sanding!

DO NOT use clear coat on ANYTHING going in a fishtank....you will kill your fish. The only thing that will work is FDA certified finishing compounds....and those cost an arm, leg, and your first born child!
I have actually done ALOT of reseach on this. You need to use natural ABS (as in no dyes at all whatsoever, and the 'PURE BONE' from MG fits that bill) and then submerge it in fresh water for a week (7days), changing the water out at least once every 24hrs. After that it is safe for pet use.
Actually talked to a maker in Oregon, he has used this exact process and had a printed part in a fish tank for goign on 2 years now, and not a single fish dead.
I am printing another set and am again getting minor edge curling on the base layers. This is showing up 3-4 hours into the print. I am using ABS, 100 bed and 230 on the extruder.
Any thoughts?

I hate USPS. Two times within the same week they have screwed me for deliveries. Today they showed it was delivered in my mailbox but the MEDICINE was not there. I called the post office and they said it was probably misdelivered and hopefully the one it was delivered to sends it back. Great, really freaking great.
So I asked the supervisor if this was the same driver earlier this week that misdirected my mail and they said I have only one assigned to me. Bzzzzzzzzzt, wrong I have a new person darn near every single day. Now I am in a bad way and I am ticked off as it makes me look bad when I called my CC company but I didn't get it and USPS isn't going to help.
Any other way but USPS or the UPS/FedEX last mile via USPS please.
