Been printing at .2mm
Thanks to all the help I've gotten from this thread I've pretty much solved all my issues. More items at a time, slower printing, switching to my new Lexan based bed, re-leveling time and time again, and turning off the bed's heat I've had much much more success. I've still had the occasional thing go wrong(Thumb didn't stick and peeled up) but I'm much happier with the results I'm seeing now.
Thanks for all the help guys....updated pics below

The first pictures you showed looked like your extruder wasnt able to keep up. You need to print much slower and since you arent seeing much stringing, going up another 5C wouldnt hurt, it will help the strength of the part and will be easier on the extruder.
What temp are you at now?

Tossed a desk fan on it last night and holy crap the difference... parts came out BEAUTIFUL without support added. I couldn't be happier with the results... Got the printer on its own more stable platform now as well (my desk shook from the movement) so I think that'll help even more.
