This cool 3D Printer prints in foods. It seems very basic for now, although some really cool things can be made. However, I expect improvements to come quickly to this type of technology.

Do you know where to buy it and how many it will cost?
I do not. I tried looking on Google, but couldn't seem to find anything :(
If i am right this is still a prototype version, and there end product isnt there yet,
I guess it would cost like a 3D printer around the 700-1000 euro.
Would i personaly buy it? Probably not since you can buy almost everything in the store and just bake it in the oven,
Of course you can get a more personalized food with this,
Maybe it would be nice if they can get it working for Plastics and food tho, if you can just switch around the head of the device without to much unscrewing.
Then people would just buy it as a 3D printer and printing food is a nice addon ^^
The most interesting thing I found with this product was the extruder head.
The idea of a plunger in a cylinder which is driven by a stepper motor looks like the solution to the problem of laying down material which is very moist.
I can see that it would not take a great deal of design work to produce a quick release extruder holder that could be used on most 3D printers.
