Surface quality issue with Silk PLA

Hi I am running a Ender 3Pro and a CR10S both are having the exact same issue which drives me to believe that I have set them both up the exact same with an issue or that I am slicing an issue into them, it has worsened but not sure when. Both machines are setup as direct drive extruder with retraction at 3-4mm, (played with more/less not much change besides stringing). The pitting shown in picture. Thanks for any assistance, its driving me nuts!!!
