Problems bed leveling with BLTouch

Hello all,
I recently bought an Ender 3 and BLTouch to help me get consistent prints, not having to worry so much about leveling the bed manually.
I installed the BLTouch as per instructions and set my Z-probe offset, also set my grid pattern to a 6x6.
The problem I am having is that it doesn't appear to make adjustments as it goes around my bed. I am trying to print a X test print, and one of my corners is so close there is no filament on the bed, where the rear of the bed a little too far, and the middle is way to far away.
Are there any steps I can take to verify it is storing and using the values found during G29 probing? What is more frustrating, is that it seemed to be working (for small prints) just fine, and then one day it was just off.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm not sure what all I need to provide to you guys as far as setup so let me know and I'll post it.
