Ender 3 Pro - Question about Cura Settings and Ender

Hi all. I'll just jump into the question.

I got a low poly model in CURA
From Cura settings, i selected 65 for speed. Thats ok

Started printing.

While printing, i found a "tune" menu in Ender's screen. But from there, i saw that speed is 80.

I just wondered if Ender overrides Cura settings? Or 80 is a default value that tune menu starts with? Any ideas about this?
