Layer wiggle and extruder slip

Hello,


I am new to 3D printing and just bought the Anet E10 with 0.4 mm nozzel and 1.75 filament.
I keep having this 2 problems and I don't know why..
There seems to be a wiggle in the X and Y axis and the extruder wheel keeps skipping a step.
My settings are attached in the zip.


There are pictures of the prints in the zip and a video of the skipping extruder.


The benchy stopped printing midway because it wasn't glued to the surface.


Can anyone help me? I'm trying to print precise parts.


Also what are the recommended settings for the Anet E10?
