C-Turtle 3D Printed Crawling Robot

A team of researchers from Arizona State University used 3D printing and laminating technologies to create the C-Turtle, a crawling robot that takes only an hour to make and that can quickly adapt to different surfaces. The robots were tested in the desert and in the lab, and demonstrated adaptability that makes them well-suited to tasks such as potentially combing the desert for land mines.
