Prodways Group Acquires AvenAo

In May of this year, 3D printer manufacturer Prodways Group went public on the Euronext exchange, and performed remarkably well right away, with an offering price of €4.80 per share. Today, Prodways Group announced that it has made the first significant acquisition since the initial public offering. The company has acquired AvenAo Industrie, a French company that provides solutions in design, production management and manufacturing, including 3D printing and 3D scanning.
