Help fixing print with Replicator 2X

Hello guys,

Recently I decided to build a prusa i3 MK2 .Part of the build process is to print some parts needed for that. So I asked my school if I could use their printer. The thing is that they have a Makerbot replicator 2X experimental and I can't find much info on the internet about that, also there isn't someone there who is willing to help me. So I am asking you for help.

Today I tried printing the simplest part which is the Y-idler.

I used this profile (picture) on Makerware which I modified a bit using suggestions from the internet. The part came out with some problems as you can see in the pictures below.
What suggestions do you have?
