South Korean Doctors Implant 3D Printed Heel

Another 3D printed implant surgery is making history as the first of its kind, today from South Korea, as a man received the first 3D printed heel. This marks the 100th surgery there involving 3D printed implants—and another success. The doctor remarked that without 3D printing technology, the only other route would have been amputation.
