PyroGenesis Spins off 3D Printing Company in Montreal

There should soon be a new 3D printing entity in Montreal, if all goes as according to plan between PyroGenesis and their plans to spin off 80% of their 3D printing business into a new company being tentatively called 3DCo. The Board of Directors for PyroGenesis has unanimously agreed to the spinoff as a publicly traded company that will be able to use PyroGenesis patented technology, as well as distribute powder production systems and equipment under a global license.
