Artec 3D & Threeding Partner to 3D Scan 55 Endangered Birds

There are over one thousand endangered species of birds currently on the planet. In an effort to raise awareness of these birds, Artec 3D and Threeding have teamed up to scan and digitize over 55 endangered birds, which are now available in 3D printable format on Threeding.com. The collection, intended to offer an alternative to killing birds for research or collectible purposes, is free for download through the end of April.
