Sight Unseen Exhibit Features 3D Printed Work by Blind Photographers

Even in a world that is often dark and without many images, a number of artists have been able to master the visual arts in their own—and often more pure and comprehensive—way. Now displayed in Sight Unseen: International Photography by Blind Artists, photographers like Tara Miller and Pete Eckert are showing us how they see, in both photographs and video, as well as 3D printed photos which were converted by John Olson’s company, 3D PhotoWorks—a company dedicated to expanding the world of the visually impaired far beyond Braille.
