3D Printed Fabulous Beasts

Sensible Object, a new London-based game design studio, has created a new tabletop/digital game hybrid using 3D printed pieces and electronic sensors. Fabulous Beasts is like Jenga, if Jenga gave you godlike powers: the object is to build a tower of 3D printed "beasts," which, as they are added to the stack, appear on a connected screen to populate your new planet. Fabulous Beasts has already earned several glowing reviews and awards, well before its release. A Kickstarter will be launched at the end of January to fund the project.
