BFB 3D Touch - Stepper Issue

Hello all,

Not sure if I should post this here, but I am having an issue with a stepper motor on my BFB 3D Touch printer.

The stepper motor controlling the Y axis movement of the extruder heads has stopped working. Instead of turning, it pulsates as if it wants to turn, but does not.

I read that I should adjust the voltage going to the motor, which I did.

No fix.

Perhaps I'm testing something incorrectly?

I tried the motor in question on a different axis motor connection and it worked fine.

This is mostly new to me.
