Optomec and Ceradrop Expand Partnership for Distribution Deal

Optomec is expanding its distribution partnership with Ceradrop. The two companies both say Aerosol Jet and inkjet technology will bring complementary capabilities to manufacturers to permit printing of finer features and processing of a wide variety of materials through their digital material deposition platforms. Ceradrop specializes in inkjet engine, mechanics, automation, software, chemistry, and ink management to supply materials deposition inkjet printing solutions for R&D or manufacturing applications. Optomec's Aerosol Jet printing technology makes use of an innovative, aerodynamic focusing technology capable of producing electronic and physical structures with feature sizes from 10 microns up to millimeters.
