Problem with jamming in side to side axis - VIDEO

Please watch this video. I am having problems with the stepper motor jamming during its movement of left to right and vis versa. Front to back and up and down work fine! I am lost. Any help would be appreciated!

There is a broken wire in the loom to the stepper motor or a bad connection to the controller board.
