Warp in build plate?

Hello, my first post here.
I am pretty new to printing and had a Cube 3 first that lasted a couple of days before it failed. Then i bought a FF Creator Pro, had it for a couple of weeks and i really love this printer.
It is a very nice printer that is easy to fix or improve and the print quality is very good.
But i have a problem (i think). When i calibrate the bed with the paper that came with the printer so the edges has some light friction, the middle friction is very heavy, i can barley get the paper between the nozzles and the plate.
Has any one else had this issue or am i doing something wrong? I use the calibration file that came on the sd card.

Its not uncommon to have warp in an aluminum build plate. Worry about getting the three outer ones the same and don't worry so much about the center point. If you want to get a completely level bed, then invest in a borosilicate glass build plate. Flashforge USA sells one here. http://www.flashforge-usa.com/shop/b...ate-glass.html

If you decide to get a glass bed. You will have to add a z axis shim to compensate for the added height the glass adds to your bed. If you have a .25" glass plate, then you need to add a .25" shim. Here is a printable shim, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:440022

its not uncommon for borosilicate glass to not be flat either so dont count 100% on that. i dont know what alum is used on the ff but it should be a mic6 tooling plate. mic6 is cast alum, stress relieved and milled on both sides so its machined perfectly flat. problem is with this stuff is the tolerances we are talking about here are so small. you can easily see a difference in how the first layer is applied with only a .001" difference. what will help is setting your slicer to do a first layer height that is 1.5-2 times higher/thicker that the rest off the layers. this will give you a little cushion and allow that first layer to even things out.

I was looking at the glass plate at ff usa, one problem they wanted $150 in shipping to norway. So i better get one made here.

You can get Stove or Woodburner glass cut to size. Try your local suppliers they should be able to sort you out for not much money.
My local place (in the UK) stocked Robax glass which is basically a "branded" borosilicate glass.
