Slant Concepts, an Idaho-based robotics design studio, has spun-off their 3D printing segment, Slant 3D. This new business unit will operate a 3D printing farm capable of producing complex, custom parts for customers at the click of a button. Slant 3D plans to compete with traditional injection-molding techniques, by scaling their custom-designed and built 3D printers into a larger factory.
