I'm from Israel and I'm willing to open 3d people portrait business. I'm looking for scanner, I prepare it mobile. I look for twindom but the quilty isn't that good, shapify make me to pre pay for 3000 model. So what I need for that and if you know some scanner that I don't need to pay after the scanning for "cleaning". I want to invest in about 30-40k.

For this price I recommend you to buy Artec Eva. It's cheaper than their Shapify booth (19.700€ for the scanner + round 1000€ depend on subscription). It's more complicated to use it, but quallity is much higher.
