Umm each is different. Unless i am misunderstanding...
Your asking what the perfect point the endstop triggers is. Honestly each is different because you want microns in height to be your stop point for the endstop home position and differences in how tight you tighte a screw can drastically change that value.
Assuming that you mean what is the best gap to set when leveling the bed, I believe that you will find that most slicers expect this to be 0.1mm. The two most important aspects of this gap are that it is uniform across the build plate AND that the slicer knows the distance to the plate.

Usually I've seen that you should print the first layer about 30% less than your set layer thickness. So for .2mm layer printing, the nozzle should be around .14mm.
