Hello! I have a project that I want to 3D print. Part of the project is in the single micron range. I cannot find a company that can handle the job. Anyone have any ideas or know a company that will print in high resolution pieces? Thanks Liz

you mean 0.01mm ?
is that a tolearance or the size of the bit to be printed ?
I don't think you will find a 3d printing process offering builds in terms of single micros, just for reference the wavelength of red light is 0.7 micron. IC Wafer Fab machines maybe !Are you perhaps confusing Mils the us abbreviation for 0.001 inches with microns 0.001 mm. Just a thought.
even the best laser for sls systems doesn't go that small.
And that would have been your best bet.
Either an sls powder system or laser based resin printer.
The only thing I have seen at that level are the electrn tunneling microscopes. I've seen people write stuff molecular sized with those.
But if you get change from half a million quid I'd be surprised.
