Scale Factor when using MakeBot Software

I haven't used MakerBot software in awhile and wanted to try it with my PowerSpec but I recall that MakerBot printers had a different gear ratio so scaling a object was necessary to make sure it was 100% of the original design. My recollection was that something sliced using MakerBot was about 94% of the original. Does anyone know what the scale factor is?
