Did anyone try printing PTGE with bowden tube? Or do I 100% need full metal one?
do you mean ptfe ?
I can't find anything for ptge filament.
Also do you mean bowden or direct drive.
All a bowden tube does is guide the filament from the extruder to the hotend.
It has zero impact on printing temperatures.
It does make it harder to print with flexible materials - not impossible. I've printed some fairly soft filaments with my bowden based delta. It's slow going, but doable.
Oh, sorry I meant petg, bowden and direct drive. I read some where that bowden tube could melt if you go above 240 ?C, because it's made out of PTFE. And melting point of PETG is around 230?C. It is that too close? Will bowden tube start deforming?
