Each new product that we develop goes through rigorous lab tests for melt point, viscosity, hardness, flexural strength and friability (No, not like french fries!). Before one of our new creations gets the final nod of approval, it has to pass the "machinability test". We do the lab tests and the machining tests right here so that we can verify the results under various machining conditions.
