CubePro - ABS temperature

Hi guys,

I'm not sure if someone already asked about it, but I would like to ask anyway those who have experience with CubePro about the best/ recommended temperature for ABS ?

again I got an issue with PrintJet, or with small pipe inside... the Support said that it was too high temperature, thats why its broken (it was 260).
its wired because in technical specification it states max 280, so I assumed it shouldn't be a problem, furthermore a long time a go we got an answer from 3d systems that recommended temperature is 260.

or maybe there is another solution to fix it? the small pipe inside the PrintJet I guess is to thick and the filament get stock.
does one of you have a similar experience ?
