If anyone is interested, I have a sheet of 1/4" Ultem 2300 (9"X6") for auction on eBay. I love this stuff. No hairspray, no glue stick, no masking tape, no Kapton, and you don't need to put it in the freezer to remove parts. I purchased a 12X12 sheet and had the plastic shop cut it into 2 9X6 pieces for me (I only need one), so one is up for auction.
