University of Buffalo Students Create 3D Printed Modular Shoe

A team of graduate students from the University at Buffalo have teamed up to create the custom-fitted 3D printed ‘Peace’ shoe, which functions as both footwear and a call for world peace. Using PolyJet 3D printing and an array of advanced materials, the student team created a 2-in-one modular shoe that acts as both a sandal and a shoe.
