Open Source & Creative Commons Licensing Stretched; Must be Addressed

The open source and Creative Commons licensing mechanisms are being tested to their limits by the number of people and projects being contributed. This is a good problem, but if not addressed, one that could soon find its negative impacts breaking the system apart. Michael Weinberg eloquently explained the problem and is calling for just the type of resource this community has in spades in order to address it: collaboration.
