Brian Paul Mnyampi, a co-manager at Tanzania Science and Technology (TANZICT) in Dar es Saalam, is hoping a joint project he's helping lead in collaboration with the Finnish government will not only spur local economic development, but help recycle e-waste as well. The project has at it's core developing a 3D printer using local talent and materials that might one day be a viable commercial product.
