    S3d uses the script tab under process. If you have two process then you need two end codes.

    I have end codes for each process already but only one of the hotends turns off

    Due you have two M104's?

    M104 S0 ; turn off extruder
    M104 S1; turn off extruder

    Add printbus on Thingiverse
    Don't you add a T0 or T1 to the M104 commands to specify what tool the command applies to?
