The Tardigrade, often called the 'water bear' for its bear-like appearance, rides the line between cute and creepy -- and the internet (and fans of COSMOS) love it for that. Eric Ho and Kostika Spaho collaborated to create a larger-than-life 3D printed model of a water bear, and it's already a hit. Of course, it isn't hard to make the creature bigger than the real thing, as the real thing is about half-a-millimeter long.
