USF Students 3D Print RC Car

University of South Florida student Austin Jones created an RC car run by an Arduino microcontroller, with a servo controlling the front steering and a stepper motor controlling the back. A central remote control powered the car. Austin wrote the code himself for the Arduino, did all the wiring, and tested the fully functional RC car with only one glitch regarding a slight hiccup in the motor when turning left or right. Check out more details on this fun project: http://3dprint.com/32128/usf-3d-prints-rc-car-arduino/

Below is a photo of the completed RC car:

nice, I did an IR controlled one some time back with Arduino, controlled by a TV remote using the Up/Down/Left/Right buttons for steering and volume for speed. I think he could have put a bit more time into the body tho, but at least the base seems quite easy to modify.
