Since its introduction in 1969, NERF has been an incredibly popular foam-based weapon toy system, and 3D printing has in the last few years only added to the fun. We've seen NERF gun mods before -- like a barrel extension adapter, a gun scope, and other accessories -- and even a few NERF-like guns. The latest 3D printed NERF type gun was made by a 3D printer who uses the name 1nxtmonster and uses a ROBO3D 3D printer. While the aesthetics of the bright green PLA gun leave a bit to be desired, it seems to be a successfully tested piece that can shoot faster than a typical NERF gun. Check out more details about the design, and a video of it in action, in the full article: http://3dprint.com/28683/3d-printed-nerf-guns/
