3D design marketplace CGTrader is running a contest through December 8: the 3D Printed Gadget Accessories Challenge is looking for someone to "pimp your gadget" through an original design for a 3D printed accessory. Participants can design a cell phone case, headphone holder, remote control stand, or any sort of accessory they can dream up (thinking outside the box is not only encouraged, it's in the rules!). Entrants can submit one design or an entire portfolio (of at least 10 designs). Prizes include a Sedgwick 3D printer kit, a 3Doodler pen, filament from Formfutura, and credits and promotional features from CGTrader.
