    material for smooth and threaded rod?

    Prusa i3, what are recommended material for smooth and threaded rod if I look to purchase and cut to size?
    in US, other McMaster Carr, where else can we purchase these rod?

    msc would have it. www.mscdirect.com they are industrial supply just like mcmaster.
