ASTM International Developing Additive Manufacturing Standards
As additive manufacturing technology continues to progress, there will need to be a set of standards adopted by the manufacturing industry in order to assure quality products are being produced which are safe. ASTM International is working on a standard set of guidelines to use within the industry for Powder Bed Fusion machines. If they set standarts for filaments in order to avoid bad prints or bad filaments causing clogs or bubbles on prints im ok with that, go for it
