Mendel. Stopped connecting and printing

Hi,

I have a 3d printer with marlin firmmare. Couple of days ago it suddenly stopped connecting through software and printing. If i print through SD card it began to heat up but after that nothing happens. But the thing is that when i came to a service point it began printing through their PC and SD card. Like some kind of magic.

But when i connected it again on my pc - the things remain the same... So i took it home and tried on my home PC and laptop - it still doesn't want to connect and print neither. Maybe i should install some addition software\drivers? I installed just Cura and arduino drivers (which Cura includes)

try to reinstall the software or check if the cable/cord are fine if not immediately buy new one then try it out again hope this will help.
