New to 3D printing

Hi I'm new to your forum, my name is John!
i have bought a Flash. Forge 3d printer the later one in the black case.
so far I have only managed to print one item completely.
everything comes loose as it warps, I have put 3M tape on the bed, but it makes no difference, this is in both types of plastic.
Can anyone help!

I bought a flat piece of glass plate and spray hairspray, Dang if it didn't work! I've been printing for 4 months without any lifting problems, you will need to clean off the old spray every once in a while & make sure you re-level to the new depth.
