    +1 I need a new design. I've had to replace 2 hot heads due to jams I couldnt clear

    On a side note - anywhere to buy just the end nozzle of the hotend?

    diro, colin from makerfarm.com recently put up two nozzle sizes for the hexagon hot end. I'm not sure what you have but maybe you could check out the website.

    As a clarification, my hot end shroud is just fine as designed for the hexagon hot end. I'm looking for a shroud that delivers air to the print directly, utilizing a separate fan then the hexagon hot end cooling fan.

    diro, maybe try this one http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:335613 it seems like a lot of work went into it and it keeps the fan away from the front.
