    Why not, wear the mask while printing and afterwards air out your apartment!
    BTW with PLA the toxic parts are very, very minimal especially if you buy from settled brands.
    I solely print with PLA without any ventilation and have had no issues at all.

    For good air quality I also recommend house plants, one per 100 sq ft and you will notice the difference.

    Over here, the legislation prescribes you to leave your apartment the way it was when you came in in those cases, what you do in between is mostly up to you.
