German shoe maker Oberle - Gesunde Schuhe has been creating custom shoes for 158 years, and in that time has worked to keep up with the latest technological advances. Since 2006, the company has been focused on making "healthy shoes" designed and customized for each individual. Last September, the company decided to move beyond outsourcing for creation of shoe lasts and purchased a German RepRap X350pro 3D printer.
