    Tiniest SLA 3D Printed Objects

    Stereolithography is a technology which is quite miraculous in the 3D printing realm. Not only can it print object with extreme accuracy, it can be used to 3D print out some of the tiniest objects imaginable. Objects which the naked human eye could not even make out. A Company called Nanoscale Systems GMBH is the one working on this technology. Check out some of these images I have come across, all printed with SLA (stereolithography) 3d printing:

    Below are tiny gears. A dust might is in the magnification so you can see just how tiny these gears are:


    Check these 3d prints out. Check the scaling out. UM = micrometers. A Typical human hair measures between 10-100 micrometers in width.

    Amazing! I want one of these printers! I would print dead dust mites to scare away the real dust mites living in my bed
