So I'm having this problem where all my prints have these stray lines on the surface of the prints that look like little scars. Here is a picture of a soap dish print that illustrates some of these lines. The red arrows point to at least two of them, but there are few more illustrated throughout the photo.

At first I assumed the extruder was too far down and was scraping the surface of the print, but then I noticed something with Cura, the slicer I used. The weird thing is that when I checked Cura, within view mode and then layers, you can actually see the same lines. So for some reason the slicer is placing them there. Three questions. Why is Cura doing this? How do I configure Cura to stop doing this? And if Cura can't be made to stop doing this, is there a different slicer I can use that won't do this?
